Part-Search.co.uk and its owners cannot be held responsible in any way for any purchasing agreements made between the customer (the user of the form on the home page of Part-Search.co.uk) and the motorcycle breaker. Nor can Part-Search.co.uk be held responsible for the quality of any used part(s) or used motorcycle(s) supplied that are correct or incorrect or defect in any way that results in death or injury or dissatisfaction to the user, used part(s) or used motorcycle(s) that are ordered are the responsibility of the motorcycle breaker and carry the motorcycle breakers own warranty or guarantee as agreed between the customer and the motorcycle breaker. Part-Search.co.uk and its owners are free from from all losses, claims, liabilities, damages and detriments from either the customer (the user of the Part-Search.co.uk request form) and the motorcycle breaker. The user, the customer, the client and the motorcycle breaker shall hold Part-Search.co.uk and its owners harmless from and in all liabilities, claims, detriments and damages not arising from Part-Search.co.uk and its owners actual negligence,malfeasance or carelessness. Users of the request service will only receive contact from a motorcycle breaker if the motorcycle breaker has the used part(s) or used motorcycle(s) in stock and wishes to contact the user. The user, the customer, the client and the motorcycle breaker irreversibly agree, covenant, and promise to hold Part-Search.co.uk and its owners harmless from and against all suits, losses, damages, claims, liabilities, costs, demands or expenses, singular, joint or several, of any kind or nature whatsoever that the user, the client, the customer or motorcycle breaker may experience from using the services of Part-Search.co.uk. The user is responsible for ensuring payment of any part. Any disputes arising between user and part supplier are not the responsibility of Part-Search.co.uk and its owners and are between the user and motorcycle breaker. The user is defined as any individual(s) who sends a request for a used part(s) or used motorcycle(s) from the request form on the home page of Part-Search.co.uk or use the services of Part-Search.co.uk in any way not already defined. The motorcycle breaker is defined as any individual(s) who supply the user with any used part(s) or used motorcycle(s) as a result of contact made through the Part-Search.co.uk service or use or receive the services of Part-Search.co.uk in any way not already defined. By requesting used part(s) or used motorcycle(s) using the request form on the home page of Part-Search.co.uk, the user is agreeing to supplying their email details to the motorcycle breaker, Part-Search.co.uk cannot be held responsible for any misuse of the users email details by a motorcycle breaker. Users agree not to add their home address, email address, telephone number, or any personal or financial information to any section/form field of the contact form on the home page of Part-Search.co.uk (unless stated) as the information entered will be displayed in certain areas of the website. Users agree that the information entered into contact/request form on the home page of Part-Search.co.uk will be displayed in certain sections of the Part-Search.co.uk website along with the time and date of the submission. Any user who adds any personal or financial information of any kind (unless stated), such as their home address, email address, bank details / credit card details, or telephone number into the request/contact form on the home page of Part-Search.co.uk does so at their own risk and will not hold Part-Search.co.uk responsible in any way for the misuse of the information by other parties.
